The aim of this Manhattan-based group is to serve as a social outlet for creativity, and to produce fun-to-watch short films of acceptable quality for the film festival circuit. No experience necessary! We may not produce as impressive a product as we want, but we’ll make movies, learn a lot, and we’ll have fun. Brooklyn Young Filmmakers is starting this meet-up group to help make more people aware of our great three class MAKE A FILM Classes Series.   We are allowing people to audit ($7) a session of the 1st class, INTRO TO SCRIPTWRITING, which runs for five Saturdays, April 2 - 30.  Auditors are observers and do not get handouts -- but they get to experience three hours jam packed with information and great discussions (and you can take notes!).
